Chris Marquez

FOUNDER & TRAINER

Chris Marquez is the founder, operator, and life force at YOU Fitness. He has over ten years of corporate fitness management and personal training and thrives on weaving a vibrant community around fitness, health, and wellness.

CInthya

TRAINER

Cinthya is an ISSA certified personal trainer whose dedication to strength training and fitness blossomed during her formative years. She is also pursuing certification as a nutritionist. Cinthya is committed to guiding individuals towards the healthiest version of themselves and she believes that resilience and fortitude enable individuals to overcome anything. Cinthya guides classes and training in both English and Spanish, offering well-rounded offerings to our community members.

Sam

TRAINER

Sam holds certifications from ISSA for personal training and NASM for virtual coaching, as well as actively pursuing certification as a nutritionist through ISSA. With a lifelong dedication to athleticism, Sam has a particular affinity for water polo and a deep appreciation for all sports.

Dejuan

TRAINER

After graduating from the University of Dubuque with a degree in Health Wellness and Recreation, Dejuan obtained his Personal Training certification from ISSA. In undergrad, he stayed active while playing D2 basketball and track and currently contributes his time to coaching basketball during his off-hours.

Grace

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Grace became a certified yoga instructor in 2022 with 200 hours of training. Since then, she has been teaching yoga in both English and Spanish. Grace is passionate about creating a welcoming space where people of all levels can explore mindful movement and meditation, and her goal is to help people connect with their bodies, cultivate mindfulness with the present, and practice emotional intentionality, focusing on how one might receive and express emotion through purposeful movement.
