Late / No-Show / Cancellation Agreement

Y.O.U Fitness works on an appointment-only basis so that our trainers can focus on you during your personal training session.

Training sessions will last 60 minutes.  Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session, it will still end at the scheduled time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify your trainer no less than at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.  Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged as a regular session.  No shows will be charged for a full training session.

We understand that emergencies happen.  We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation.  You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice.  

Terms and Conditions

I am voluntarily undertaking a program of physical exercise under the instruction of a Y.O.U Fitness trainer. Training may include, but is not limited to, weight and/or resistance training, cardiovascular training, and floor mat exercises.  Y.O.U Fitness agrees to instruct, assist and train me.  

I realize that my commitment to following instructions, working hard, making positive changes to my lifestyle, and my attitude towards the fitness program will be major drivers of my success and the result I achieve. I understand that Y.O.U Fitness cannot guarantee results, but my willingness to work hard will enhance my opportunities for success.
